PremTel offers a full range of numbers and tariffs. We utilise a flexible and resilient switching platform, which enables us to handle your calls in the most efficient way possible.
Calls can be routed geographically (to ensure calls go to the offices that are nearest geographically to the caller), by time of day (you may have calls going to your sales centre during the day, but to 'out of hours' support in the evening), or sequentially (so if one office has all of its staff or lines utilised calls overflow to another centre).
We can also link in services operated on our interactive voice response system, so if your lines are engaged we can take a message on our voice mail system, or capture the CLI (call line identity) of the caller, and email this to you so you can call the customer back later. We can 'tailor' these facilities, in most cases, without charge, just call us with your requirements.

Project a national image 0870 is a number on which callers pay national rate. This gives the impression that your company is 'national' and means that one number can be used to promote your business. For example, through PremTel's geographical routing you could have calls sent to your offices throughout the UK according to where the call is made from. In addition, National Rate numbers allow you to generate revenue for the calls that you receive. 0871, charged at 10p per minute, at all times, allows you to generate higher income. We can link in other facilities such as; call re-routing, voice mails and fax/voice to email. All can be linked into your number at no charge. |

Be available - wherever you are 070 personal numbers enable you to have one number on which you can be contacted at all times. Personal numbers can be used to divert calls, so your calls 'follow-you' wherever you are in the UK. Your calls can be diverted to you at work during the day, at home in the evening, or to your mobile when you are away from home. PremTel offers you a facility to control where your personal number calls are 'sent to', this can be controlled via the phone or the Web. This facility is free and can also be used to receive faxes and forward voice messages to your email. |
